The amazing bathroom and comfortable and ideal room. The continental breakfast with tasted home made, pastries plus the croissants. Brilliant spot just off several Underground stops and the theater district.

Navigating the hotel can be a bit tricky with reception not located at the entrance level. The app used for check-in was more trouble than it's worth, and the hallways often felt cluttered with linen bags, giving a less than pristine impression. A bottle of water left next to the bed was thrown away during cleaning, frustrating. The bathroom door latch struggled to stay secured without using the lock-definitely a quirk that could catch you off guard.

Had a wonderful stay in a roomy Beautiful Double Room with a cozy feel and lovely afternoon tea. The hotel had a calm lounge area and a fantastic breakfast selection to help us relax. Just a heads-up, the reception is a bit tricky to find at first, but that didn't take away from our overall experience! 😊

The stay was quite pleasant thanks to its excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was spacious and well appointed, with comfortable beds that helped ensure a good night's sleep. I found the air conditioning to be inadequate, which made the room warmer than I would have liked. I appreciated the polite staff and the great transport links nearby.

Awesome stay near the tube!
Spent 3 nights here and loved it! The staff were super nice and the breakfast spread was really good. Room was comfy and super quiet at night. Only thing is that the kitchen area was a bit small for cooking, but it worked for snacks. Plus, so close to the tube, perfect for exploring London!
